What are the return conditions?

Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the product. The item must be returned in its original packaging. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. The principle here is that the product can only be handled and inspected as it would be in a store.
