How can I redeem a Vivara gift voucher?

Redeeming the gift voucher is very simple:

1. Copy your gift voucher code from the confirmation email you or the recipient received.

2. Select the products you want to order and then go to the shopping cart.

3. In the shopping cart, enter the gift voucher code in the ‘Use Gift Voucher’ field provided and then click ‘use’.

4. Check whether the relevant amount has been deducted from the cost statement.

Unlike our discount codes, gift voucher codes can also be redeemed at checkout. If you receive an error message, please check the following steps:

- Check that the code has been entered correctly. When copying from a document, it may happen that a space is accidentally inserted, for example.

- Codes may also be restricted to certain products. For example, our gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
