Placing Orders
You can place orders conveniently through our website or by contacting our customer service team on 01 233 2046. Our customer service hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm, and Friday, 9am to 4pm.
Delivery of Orders
We are processing and despatching all customer orders as quickly as possible from our Netherlands HQ, with estimated delivery times indicated on individual products and during checkout. Typically, orders are delivered within 4-6 working days via DHL if all items are in stock. Please note that delivery times may extend slightly during peak periods, such as bank holidays and major promotions. We sincerely appreciate your ongoing support and patience.
For your convenience, deliveries do not require a signature and can be made to an address of your choice. If you provide specific delivery instructions (e.g. leave in garage), drivers will leave goods as requested.
Delivery Charges
Orders over €69 qualify for free shipping. For orders under €69, we continue to heavily subsidise postage, packaging and insurance, making it a very reasonable €6.99 per order, regardless of its size.
Deliveries To A Different Address
We can arrange to deliver your goods to a separate delivery address to your billing address if this is more convenient for you, or you would like to send items as a gift. For your convenience, all invoices are sent to your billing address, and deliveries are sent to the delivery address without any invoicing - ideal if wanting to send your order as a gift direct to the recipient.
Ordering from outside of the Republic of Ireland
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver outside the Republic of Ireland from this website but we do have other websites specifically covering a number of countries:

Right to Cancel
- For all items: We want you to be happy every time you shop with us but we know occasionally you may want to return items.
- Defective items: You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see below for details of how to return defective items to us. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund any delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
- To return an item: If you wish to return an item, please contact us by calling 01 233 2046 or emailing sales@vivara.ie. Please include your contact details and the reason for the return and we can arrange for this to be returned. Please use the returns form provided with your order when returning items. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Effects of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, 01 233 2046 or sales@vivara.ie of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired. Effects of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
